We want you to love your purchase from Kingdom Kollection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Only one exchange per item per order will be accepted. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@kingdomkollection.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the items order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
