We want you to love your purchase from Kingdom Kollection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Only one exchange per item per order will be accepted. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@kingdomkollection.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75, and a flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $75.We package our products with care and ship them via USPS.
